SGS Fimko Oy, Notied Body number 0598, in accordance with Article 17 of Directive 2014/34/EU of the

European Parliament and of the Council, dated 26 February 2014, certies that this product has been found to

comply with the Essential Health and Safety Requirements relating to the design and construction of products

intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres given in Annex II to the Directive.

The examination and test results are recorded in condential Report No. GB/BAS/ExTR19.0071/00

Compliance with the Essential Health and Safety Requirements has been assured by compliance with:

EN IEC 60079-0:2018 60079-11:2012 EN

except in respect of those requirements listed at item 18 of the Schedule.

If the sign “X” is placed after the certificate number, it indicates that the product is subject to the Specic

Conditions of Use specied in the schedule to this certicate.

This EU - TYPE EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE relates only to the design and construction of the specied

product. Further requirements of the Directive apply to the manufacturing process and supply of this product.

These are not covered by this certificate.

15 Description of Product

The EXC6R and EXC7R are portable right-angle ashlights. The EXH6R is a portable headlamp. All are powered by a

custom lithium ion based battery pack. They are suitable for use in Group IIC and IIIC areas and have Equipment Protection

Levels of Ga and Db.

The EXH6R is also suitable for use in Group I areas and has Equipment Protection Level Ma.

The lamps have a charging socket rated Um = 6.75V for use only in safe areas.

The EXC6R and EX R models are marked: C7


