Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the HDMI 2.0 Repeater. This product has been designed to

provide trouble free, reliable operation. It beneﬁts from both a LINDY 2 year warranty

and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual

carefully and retain it for future reference. This extender can be used to exten d HDMI

signals over longer distances by joining two LINDY Premium, CROMO or GOLD HDMI

cables together.

 Maximum Cable lengths (using LINDY Gold 24AWG Cable): Input/Output

 17.8G Bandwidth - 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 8bit, 60Hz 4:2:2 12bit: 10m/10m

 13.4G Bandwidth - 4K 60Hz 4:2:0 12bit, 30Hz 4:4:4 12bit: 15m/10m

 Bandwidth - 4K 60Hz 4:2:0 8bit, 1080p 4:4:4 16bit: 20m /≤8.9G 20m

Operation

To achieve maximum distances you must use high quality HDMI Cables, such as LINDY

GOLD!

 Connect your HDMI source to the extender’s input port using an HDMI cable.

 Connect your monitor to the extenders output port using an HDMI cable.

 Longer than standard HDMI cable lengths can be achieved using an HDMI coupler.

Troubleshooting

 For installations where the picture is not showing, please use shorter lengths of cable

or reduce the resolution, colour space or colour depth until a clear picture is visible.

We do not recommend using cables of less than 5m with this product.

 In some situations, the HDMI interface may not provide suﬀicient power to operate

the Repeater. In this case, an HDMI Power Injector (No. 41080) may be used before

the Repeater; alternatively an HDMI 2.0 Cascading Repeater (No. 38210) can be

used. .
