• This device can be used by children aged from 8
years and above, and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the device in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with
the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.
• Do not disassemble the appliance. There are no
user-serviceable parts.
• Make sure that the available voltage does not
exceed the voltage stated in the specifications of
this manual.
• Do not immerse the appliance.
• The lamps are non-directional.
General Guidelines

• All modifications of the device are forbidden for
safety reasons. Damage caused by user
modifications to the device is not covered by the
warranty.
• Only use the device for its intended purpose.
Using the device in an unauthorised way will void
the warranty.
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines
in this manual is not covered by the warranty and
the dealer will not accept responsibility for any
ensuing defects or problems.

Operation
1. Download the Tuya app.
2. Connect your smart device to a 2.4 GHz WLAN
network. Launch the app and follow the first-time
setup instructions. Add the LED strip by tapping
+. Go to All Devices > Lighting and follow the on-
screen insructions.
3. Enter your WLAN password.
4. Switch on the LED strip. Wait 2 seconds, then just
switch it off and on 3 times repeatedly with a 2-
second interval. This will reset the LED strip.
5. Follow the -screen instructions to finish the on
installation.
6. Go to All Devices > Lighting and enter your wi-fi
password. The app should display the LED strip.
7. Edit the light name, e.g. Main Light and select the
room in which the LED strip is located.
8. You can now control the LED strip using the on-
board controls, the remote control and the
smartphone via the Tuya app. For full
functionality, please refer to the Me tab.
Care and Maintenance
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened with a
soap and water solution. Dry carefully before
screwing back in the socket.

Inleiding
U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of naar
een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen. Hebt u

Enkel geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis!
Toestel klasse III.
• Raadpleeg de uitgebreide gebruikershandleiding

• Dit toestel is geschikt voor gebruik door kinderen
vanaf 8 jaar, door personen met fysieke,
zintuiglijke of verstandelijke beperkingen, of door
personen met gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, op
voorwaarde dat dit onder toezicht gebeurt van
een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun
veiligheid of hun aanwijzingen heeft gegeven, hoe
zij het toestel moeten gebruiken en zich bewust
zijn van de risico's die het gebruik van het toestel
met zich meebrengt. Kinderen mogen niet met
het toestel spelen. De reiniging en het onderhoud

• Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en

• Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen
aanbrengen. Schade door wijzigingen die de
gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan het toestel valt
niet onder de garantie.
• Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt
is. De garantie vervalt automatisch bij
ongeoorloofd gebruik.
• De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het
negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen in deze
handleiding en uw dealer zal de
verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of
problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee
houden.
• Noch Velleman nv noch zijn verdelers kunnen
aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor schade
(buitengewoon, incidenteel of onrechtstreeks) –

Gebruik
1. Download de Tuya-app.
2. Sluit uw smart apparaat aan op een 2.4 GHz
WLAN-netwerk. Start de app en volg de
instructies voor de eerste configuratie. Klik op +
om de ledstrip toe te voegen. Ga naar Alle
apparaten > Verlichting en volg de instructies op
het scherm.
3. Geef uw WLAN-wachtwoord in.
4. Schakel de ledstrip in. Wacht 2 seconden. Schakel
de ledstrip (met een interval van 2 seconden) 3
keer uit en in. Dit zal de ledstrip resetten.
5. Volg de instructies op het scherm om de
configuratie te voltooien.
6. Ga naar Alle apparaten > Verlichting en voer het
wifi-wachtwoord in. De ledstrip wordt
weergegeven in de app.
7. Wijzig de naam van de lamp, bv. hoofdverlichting,
en selecteer de ruimte waarin deze zich bevindt.
8. Via de Tuya-app kunt u de ledstrip bedienen met
de onboard knoppen, de afstandsbediening en de
smartphone. Alle functies zijn beschikbaar onder
het tabblad "Me".
Reiniging en onderhoud
• Reinig met een zachte doek die licht bevochtigd is
met een oplossing van water en zeep. Droog
voorzichtig af voordat u deze opnieuw
vastschroeft.
