TELESCOPIC ANTENNA

1. For FM band extend the telescopic rod antenna fully in order to obtain

the best reception.

2. For AM band reception, the unit is equipped with a built-in ferrite bar

antenna.

For optimum reception, it may be necessary to rotate the unit until clear

reception is received.

PHONE JACK

For private listening connect an earphone (included) with a 3.5mm plug to the

phone jack. The built-in speaker will be automatically disconnected.

POWER SUPPLY

Insert 2 AAA size batteries into the battery compartment at the back of the

unit, make sure they are connected according to the proper polarity.

OPERATION

1. Switch on the unit by rotating the Volume control/Power ON/OFF knob

clockwise. Adjust the Volume control to comfortable listening level.

2. Set the Band switch to the desired radio band FM or AM.

3. Turn the Tuning knob to the desired station.

4. To turn the radio off, rotate the Volume control/Power ON/OFF knob

anti-clockwise until a slight click sound is heard.

ANTENA TELESCÓPICA

1. Para la audición de la banda de FM, extienda la antena telescópica

en su totalidad, para obtener la mejor recepción

2. En la banda de FM, la unidad está equipada con una antena

metálica telescópica

Para una óptima recepción, tal vez, sea necesario rotar la unidad hasta

obtener una más clara audición

SALIDA DE AURICULARES

Para escuchar por medio de los auriculares, conectar los auriculares

(suministrados) a la salida de la unidad con un conector de 3,5 mm. El

altavoz incorporado se desconectará automáticamente.

ALIMENTACIÓN

Insertar 2 Pilas AA dentro del compartimiento de las baterías en la

parte trasera de la unidad, asegurarse de posicionar las pilas de

acuerdo con la polaridad indicada.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

1. Gire la rueda de Control del Encendido ON/OFF en el sentido de

las agujas del reloj. Ajuste el volumen para una audición

confortable.

2. Con el selector de Bandas, seleccione la banda de AM o FM.

3. Gire el control del Dial hasta encontrar la emisora deseada.

4. Para apagar la radio, gire la rueda de Control de Encendido ON/

OFF en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que oiga un

clic.
