Miniature USB Boundary Microphone

User Manual

Setting up

The UBM- is a miniature digital boundary microph62 one with back-

electret capsule, which is designed to be placed on or mounted to a

flat surface for multi-directional sound pickup.

The disc-shaped housing has a hard-wired USB lead, terminated with a

type-A connector for data and power connection, which should be

connected to an available USB port on the PC or Mac computer.

The computer will recognise the UBM- USB PnP Sound Device 62 as a “ ”

in the sound or audio settings.

Operation

Selecting the UBM-62 ( USB PnP Sound Device as the input device within the recording or streaming “ ”)

software will set the microphone as the input source.

The UBM- can be disconnected and re-connected to USB as a hot-swappable device. 62

Disconnect from USB after use to preserve the computer battery or power supply.
