Safety

• Thesurge protector must only be plugged into to anearthed 230 V, 50 Hz power outlet.

• Ensure that any appliance/s connected to thesurge protector are rated for use with thecorrect mains supply

voltage (230 V, 50 Hz).

• Make sure that theelectrical socket that theproduct is plugged into is easily accessible in case it and

theconnected product need to be quickly disconnected from themains electricity.

• Do not connect products of this type to each other.

• Do not cover theproduct.

Operation

Note:

Thesurge protector is designed to suppress overvoltages in adomestic electrical system. Thesurgesuppression

feature will not protect against very close or direct lightning strikes.

1. First check that theappliance to be connected to thesurge protector is turnedoff.

2. Plug theappliance into thesocket of thesurge protector.

3. Then plug thesurge protector into awall socket.

Responsible disposal

This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with general household waste.

hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must be handed in for recycling so that the

Säkerhet

• Överspänningsskyddet får endast anslutas till ettjordat vägguttag med 230 V, 50 Hz.

• Se till att ansluten apparat har rätt märkspänning, 230 V, 50 Hz.

• Se till att vägguttaget där produkten placeras är lättåtkomligt så att den och ansluten produkt vid behov snabbt kan

frånkopplas från elnätet.

• Anslut inte produkter av denna typ med varandra.

• Täck inte över produkten.

Användning

Obs!

Skyddet är avsett för överspänning ielnätet. Skyddet skyddar inte mot ettnära eller direkt blixtnedslag.

1. Kontrollera att den apparat som ska anslutas till överspänningsskyddet är avstängd.

2. Anslut apparatens stickpropp till överspänningsskyddetsuttag.

3. Anslut överspänningsskyddet till ettvägguttag.
