LED Tail Light

Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct
and save it for future reference. We reserve theright for any

Assembly
This tail light is E-marked, watertight and approved for use on
utility and boat trailers.
Note: Bear in mind that this tail light must be positioned in
thesame place and at thesame angle as theprevious light
in order for thetrailer to meet legal requirements.
1. Use thehole drilling template to mark out theposition for
theholes if new ones need to be drilled. Be careful not to
damage any hidden electrical wires when drilling.
2. Try to keep theelectrical connection between thetail light
and thecar as watertight as possible. Follow this
wiring guide:
Cable colour Function
Red Break light
Brown Tail light
Yellow Indicator
White Earth
Note:
The low current draw required to power thenew LED trailer
lights can “fool” theelectrical system of some modern vehicles.
This can cause fault warning lights to activate, indicators to
flash too quickly or thelights to stop working altogether.
These symptoms can be aleviated by theuse of load resistors
or flash relays designed for LED lighting systems. Refer to your
vehicle’s instruction manual.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local authority.

Montering
Baklyktan är E-märkt, vattentät och godkänd för montering på
exempelvis släpvagnar och båtsläp.
Obs! Tänk på att baklyktan måste monteras på samma plats
och isamma vinkel som tidigare belysning för att släpet ska
godkännas vid kontrollbesiktning.
1. Använd medföljande hålbildsmall för att markera var ev. nya
fästhål för baklyktan behöver borras. Var försiktig så att inte
befintligt kablage skadas vid borrning.
2. Tänk på att göra anslutningspunkten mellan baklyktans
och bilens kablar vattentät för bästa funktion. Anslut sedan
kablarna enligt kopplingsschema:

Obs!
På vissa nyare bilmodeller kan den låga strömförbrukningen
hos ettanslutet släp utrustat med LED-lampor ienstaka fall
”lura” bilens elsystem. Detta kan leda till att ev. varningssystem
för trasiga glödlampor aktiveras, att blinkers blinkar för snabbt
eller att belysningen inte fungerar alls. Detta avhjälps genom att
använda effektmotstånd eller blinkrelä avsett för LED-belysning.

När du ska göra dig av med produkten ska detta ske enligt
lokala föreskrifter. Är du osäker på hur du ska gå tillväga,
