Intelligent Security Screening Machine

System Overview

The machine adopts an advanced Dual-view X-ray image detecon

system, which integrates semiconductor detectors, digital image

processing technology and computer image display technology,

to provide users with an ecient, reliable and high-quality image

processing system. The device has a large HDD capacity that can store

massive high-denion images. It can store a number of high-denion

images, and deliver reliable recognion and warning of dangerous

arcles, person-baggage associaon, image enhancement, network

expansion, automac maintenance and more funcons. It also has a

simple and user-friendly operaon design for convenient and fast user

operaon.

The intelligent security screening machine is a new security inspecon

device that uses X-ray to quickly inspect baggage and goods without

opening packages.

· Uses X-ray to generator images of packaged items passing on the

conveyor belt, and checks the shape and size of packaged items

· Displays images of the packages with enhanced eects, such as high

energy enhancement, super enhancement, high density alert and

image scanning

· Generates dual view images simultaneously, generates penetraon

images of controband at dierent angles

· Use AI algrorithm recognion dual view images, improve the

recognion rate of contraband

· Supports security screening mode and video surveillance mode

· Recognizes dangerous items such as knives, boled liquid, spray cans,

guns and lighters from scanned images

· All detecon results can be stored and generated as reports, which

can be searched and exported according to danger level and me

· 2 built-in cameras that respecvely monitor the entry and exit of

baggage and the package inspecon process

· Add IP camera and PoE camera for live video, storage and playback.

· Alarms are triggered by system errors such as no HDD, storage error,

Funcons

X-ray Package Image generatoring

Adopts the Dahua algorithm to generator images of packages and their

content, displaying their shape and the materials that they are made of.

The generatored images reect X-ray absorpon degrees and material

composion. To beer idenfy dangerous items, scanned objects

will be categorized into organic maer, mixture and inorganic maer,

and marked in orange, green and blue respecvely according to their

composion.

X-ray Package Image Enhancement

Adopts Dahua algorithm and enhances package images with dierent

eects so that operators can beer analyze the items. Enhancement

funcons include color/black and white, local enhancement, super

enhancement, edge enhancement, image scanning, organic stripping,

metal stripping, mixture stripping, Inverse, high-energy enhancement,

low-energy enhancement, light, dark, density threat alert Z7/Z8/Z9, high

density alert, AI overlay, vercal ip, pseudo color and more.

Dual-screen Display Video Output

Support 2 display output,displays images in security mode (package

images) or video surveillance mode.

Dual-View Technology

Produces two simultaneous images (vercal and horizontal views) of the

scanned object. By reducing the need for reposioning and rescanning

and enabling rapid, accurate and comprehensive threat detecon.

Dangerous Items Recognion

Adopts the Dahua algorithm to analyze X-ray images of packages and

idenfy dangerous items such as knives, boled liquid, pressure tanks,

guns and lighters. It also tracks dangerous items by using AI overlay

which can be marked in dierent colors to indicate danger levels. Alarm

linkage are supported such as voice prompt, sound and light alarm and

conveyor belt stopping.
