1. Be sure the unit is fully charged before its rst use.
2. This unit comes with a USB-C type cord. Do not attempt to use
a cord that is not a USB-C type cord.
3. DO NOT use this device while it is charging.
4. When the unit is plugged in, the power button will be
ashing in either green, yellow, or red. When you see a solid
green light illuminated/the light shuts o completely, the
device is fully charged.
5. Once unplugged, you can check the battery level on the device
by quickly pushing and releasing the power button. If the
device is fully charged, you will see the LED light on the power
button illuminate in green.

99%-66%: green
65%-33%: yellow
32%-10%: red
<10%: flashing red
6. The power button will stay on while the device is on. The
colour will change to the respective level/colour noted above
while the device is in use.
7. To turn on the device, hold the power button until you see
the red LED light illuminate on the bottom row. The lowest
heat level will turn on with 1 red LED light. (g. 1).
8. To adjust the heat levels, press the heat button. There are 3
heat levels: low, medium, and high. You can completely turn
the heat o by pushing the heat button 3 times until you
don’t see any red LED lights on the bottom row.
9. To change the vibration massage levels, press the vibration
button to turn it on. It will start at the lowest vibration
setting with 1 white LED light showing on the top row. Push
it a second time for medium intensity, and push it a third time
for high intensity. To turn o the vibration massage, push it a
fourth time and the vibration will stop.
10. Attach and centre the elastic belt around abdomen or other
area (estimated belt size: 41cm-163cm) (g. 2).
11. To turn o the device, push and hold the power button until
the unit has turned o and no LED lights are illuminated.
NOTE: The heat and vibration massage can be used together or
independently.
NOTE: This device is equipped with a 30-minute auto-off feature
for your safety.
NOTE: A full charge will take up to 3.5 hours.
