本製品は、プラグイン・パワーで動作するバックエレクトレット・コンデンサー型
のステレオ・マイクロホンと、インイヤー・ヘッドホンを一体化し、耳に装着して収
録することでバイノーラル録音できるマイクロホン・イヤホンです。
※ 本製品を正しくお使いいただくために、ご使用前に「安全上のご注意」と
「使用上のご注意」をよくお読みください。また、この機器の優れた機能を
十分ご理解いただくためにも、この取扱説明書をよくお読みください。取扱
説明書は必要なときにすぐに見ることができるよう、手元に置いてくださ

より良い音でお楽しみいただくため、耳の奥に
ぴったりするように装着してください。
お買い上げ時はMサイズのイヤー・ピースが
装着されています。イヤー・ピースが耳にあわ
ない場合は、付属のLサイズ、またはSサイズ
に交換してください。
イヤー・ピースを取り外すときは、イヤホン本
体を持ち、イヤー・ピースの先端を軽く引っ張
ってください。
赤：マイクロホン・プラグ
レコーダーのマイク入力
端子に接続します。
黒：イヤホン・プラグ
ヘッドホン端子に接続します。
※ 本製品のマイクロホンは、プラグイン・パワーで動作します。プラグイン・パ
ワー方式対応機器以外では、ご使用になれません。また、接続する機器の
マイク入力端子が3.5mmステレオ・ミニ／プラグイン・パワー端子である
か、必ずご確認ください。
※ EDIROLR-09シリーズ、RolandR-09/R-05シリーズでお使いのとき
は、R-05/R-09シリーズ本体のプラグイン・パワーをオンにしてください。
※ ヘッドホンの音量を最小にしてから接続してください。音量が上がったまま
だと、イヤホンの破壊、ハウリングの発生、その他の再生機器の破損の原因
となります。
※断線を防ぐため、プラグの根本部分を持って抜き差ししてください。

※ ヘッドホンの音量を最小にしてから装着してください。音量が上がったまま
装着すると、意図せぬハウリングの発生や装着時の接触ノイズによって、耳
を痛めるおそれがあります。
The CS-10EM is a microphone/earphone that combines back-electret stereo
microphones with in-ear headphones, allowing you to make binaural recordings
when the CS-10EM is inserted in your ears.
* Before using this product, carefully read the sections entitled: “Using the Unit
Safely” and “Important Notes.” These sections provide important information
concerning the proper operation of the product. Additionally, in order to feel
assured that you have gained a good grasp of every feature provided by your
new product, this manual should be read in its entirety. The manual should be
saved and kept on hand as a convenient reference.
Connecting to Your Recorder
Red: Microphone plug
Connect this to the mic
input jack of your recorder.
Black: Earphone plug
Connect this to the
headphone jack.

Exchanging the Ear Pieces
* The CS-10EM’s microphones use plug-in power. They cannot be used with a
device that does not provide plug-in power. You must make sure that the mic
input jack of the device to which the CS-10EM is connected is a 3.5 mm stereo
mini, plug-in powered jack.
* If you’re using an EDIROL R-09 series or Roland R-09/R-05 series unit, turn on
the plug-in power of the R-05/R-09 series unit.
* You must minimize the volume before making connections. If the volume of
the connected device is raised when you make connections, you might
damage the earphones, cause acoustic feedback, or cause some other
problem with your playback system.
* To prevent cable breakage, grasp the base of the plug when connecting or
disconnecting it.
Slide tube
The earphones will stay in your ears more securely if
you adjust the slide tube to the appropriate position.
The CS-10EM will sound dierently depending on
how tightly the ear piece is inserted in your ear.
In order to enjoy the best possible sound, insert
the ear piece so that it ts snugly and is
suciently inside your ear.
When shipped from the factory, the M-size ear
pieces are attached. If the ear pieces do not t
your ears, try exchanging them with the included
L-size or S-size ear pieces.
To remove the ear piece, grasp the main body of
the earphone, and gently pull the tip of the ear
piece.
* Make sure to turn the volume control for the headphones all the way down
before you put them on. Otherwise, if the volume is at a raised level when you
put on the headphones, you risk harming your ears due to unexpected
acoustical feedback or contact noise produced when putting on the
headphones.
