TO CURL HAIR
Hair should be clean and completely dry before
using the curling iron. For best results, use a
light styling product before blow-drying hair.
1. Start curling with a hair section that is
1 inch wide and no more than ½ inch thick.
2. Open the spoon and place a hair section on
the barrel, rolling it up close to the scalp.
3. At the end of hair section, release the
pressure on the handle and allow the hair
section to slide out.
4. Repeat process on additional sections of
hair until you achieve the hairstyle you
desire. It may be necessary to repeat
process on certain areas, depending on the
texture of your hair.
Some experience is necessary when using
this curling iron. After using the iron several
times, you will learn the ideal way to curl and
style your hair.

INSTRUCTIONS
This curling iron is intended for household use.
Use on Alternating Current (60 hertz) only. This
unit is designed to be operated at 120V AC.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). As a safety feature,
this plug will fi t in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fi t fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fi t, contact a
qualifi ed electrician. Do not attempt to defeat
this safety feature.
NOTE: Do not use this styling appliance on
hair extensions.
GETTING STARTED
Plug the iron into an electrical outlet. Turn on
unit. Allow unit to heat up for 15 seconds.
The temperature setting will automatically lock
within 5 seconds of turning your appliance on.
You may adjust the temperature immediately
after turning the appliance on OR, if the
temperature setting is locked, hold down the
+ or - button for 1–2 seconds to adjust it.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1–2
seconds to turn off unit (light will go off). Never
leave your curling iron on and unattended.
However, should you fail to turn the unit off, it
will shut itself off automatically within 60
minutes.
WARNING: The curling iron’s titanium barrel
will get very hot within a few seconds and
should not be placed in contact with the skin
after the curling iron has been turned on.

CÓMO RIZAR EL CABELLO
El cabello debe estar limpio y seco. Para obtener
resultados óptimos, aplique una loción fijadora
ligera en el cabello antes de secarlo.
1. Divida el cabello en secciones de 1 pulgada
(2.5 cm) de ancho por ½ pulgada (1.5 cm) o
menos de grueso.
2. Abra la tenaza y coloque una sección de
cabello entre el tubo y la pinza. Enrolle el
cabello alrededor del tubo, hacia el cuero
cabelludo.
3. Suelte el cabello tras llegar a las puntas.
4. Repita el proceso en cada sección de cabello,
hasta conseguir el estilo deseado.
Dependiendo de la textura del cabello, puede
que sea necesario repetir el proceso varias
veces en algunas secciones.

Para uso doméstico solamente. Utilícelo
solamente con corriente alterna (60 Hz). Este
aparato ha sido diseñado para funcionar con

El cable de este aparato cuenta con un enchufe
polarizado (una pata es más ancha que la otra).
Como medida de seguridad, se podrá enchufar
de una sola manera en la toma de corriente
polarizada. Si no entra en la toma de corriente,

FUNCIONAMIENTO BÁSICO

Encienda el aparato. Permita que la unidad se
caliente por 15 segundos.
El ajuste de temperatura se bloqueará
automáticamente 5 segundos después de
encender su aparato. Puede ajustar la
temperatura al nivel deseado inmediatamente
después de encender el aparato o, si el ajuste
está bloqueado, manteniendo el botón + o -
oprimido por 1 a 2 segundos.
Presione y mantenga oprimido el botón ON/ OFF
por 1 a 2 segundos para apagar el aparato; el
indicador luminoso se apagará. Nunca descuide/
deje el aparato sin vigilancia después de
encenderlo. Para su seguridad, el aparato se
apagará automáticamente después de 60
minutos.
ADVERTENCIA: el tubo se pone muy caliente
en segundos; evite el contacto con la piel
después de encender el aparato.
