THANK YOU FOR SELECTING THE NIGHTSTICK NSP-4612B!
Please read these instructions before using this product. They include
important safety and operation information.
WARNINGS
y NOT FOR USE ABOVE HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS
y DO NOT use in explosive atmospheres, near ammable liquids, or where
explosion proof lamps are required.
y DO NOT use in the proximity of vehicles or equipment when there is a risk
of  ammable liquids coming into contact with the  ashlight.
y DO NOT expose the batteries to water or salt water, or allow the batteries
to get wet.
y DO NOT store the batteries with metallic objects that may cause a short
circuit.
y Immediately discontinue use of the batteries if they emit an unusual smell,
feel hot, change color, change shape or appear abnormal in any way.
y Keep out of the reach of children.
INSTALLING BATTERIES
y Unscrew the battery compartment door on the back of the headlamp.
y Insert the batteries per the outline inside the battery compartment.
Observe the correct polarity of the batteries.
y Close the battery door and fasten the battery compartment door screw.
y The headlamp is now ready for use.
OPERATION
Two switches control all functions on this headlamp.
SPOTLIGHT OPERATION
y To turn on the spotlight, press the spotlight switch. Press again to turn off.
FLOODLIGHT OPERATION
The  oodlight switch controls 3  oodlight functions.
y First Press: White  oodlight on - full power
y Second Press: White  oodlight on half-power
y Third Press: White  oodlight off – red colored LED  oodlight on.
y Fourth Press: Floodlight function off.
HEADBAND
The headlamps include two types of headbands:
y Elastic Non-Slip Headband: Use this headband for mounting the headlamp
directly to your head. The Non-slip feature will keep the light positioned on
the head even with vigorous movement.
y Rubber Hardhat Strap: Use the rubber strap on any hardhat. The tacky
nature of the strap will keep the headlamp attached even if the hat is
dropped.
WARRANTY
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited
Lifetime Warranty includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable
batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and included accessories are
warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Normal wear and
failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and
lightning damage are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be
defective. This is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any
warranty of merchantability or fi tness for a particular purpose.
