CHARGING
CHARGER INPUT: 12 VDC Max
Charge the XPR-5580 fully before rst use, if the battery is new or unused
for several months, or when the beam dims. Charge time is approximately 4
to 6 hours.
y Plug the AC adapter into the charger (LED will be off).
y Insert the 5580 into the charger until it clicks.
y The LED turns red to show charging, then green when fully charged.
Charging time depends on remaining battery. To check, turn on the 5580 while
in the charger. If the LED is red, it’s not fully charged. If green, it is fully charged.
REPLACING LITHIUM-ION RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
y Loosen the center plug on the back of the light using a athead
screwdriver or small coin, turning it counter-clockwise.
y Turn the light upside down and shake to remove the battery, noting
its orientation.
y Insert the new battery into the light, aligning the directional arrow on the
battery with the housing for correct orientation.
y Tighten the plug with a athead screwdriver or small coin until secure.
Caution: Do not overtighten, as this may damage the threads and affect
charging or the light’s safety features.
OPERATION
The left switch controls the ashlight; the right switch controls the oodlight.
Constant-on: Press the switch forward for high brightness. Press again
to turn off.
Select Brightness Level: Press and hold to cycle through H-M-L-M-H brightness
levels. Release switch during the short pause following desired level reached.
Rear Lights: Press the left switch backward to turn on rear green lights.
Press and hold backward for rear beacon lights. Press again to turn off.
Floodlight Beacon: Press the right switch backward for the beacon. Press
again to turn off.
Dual-Light: Set ashlight and oodlight to the desired brightness. Press and
release both switches to turn off.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
BPI warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty
includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers,
switches, electronics and included accessories are warranted for a period of two
years with proof of purchase. Normal wear and failures which are caused by
accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and lightning damage are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be
defective. This is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any
warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose.

CHARGEMENT
ENTRÉE DU CHARGEUR : 12 V CC max.
Chargez complètement le XPR-5580 avant la première utilisation, si la
batterie est neuve ou inutilisée depuis plusieurs mois, ou lorsque le faisceau
faiblit. Le temps de charge est d’environ 4 à 6 heures.
y Branchez l’adaptateur secteur CC sur le chargeur (la LED sera éteinte).
y Insérez le 5580 dans le chargeur jusqu’à ce qu’un « clic » se fasse
entendre.
y La LED devient rouge pour indiquer la charge, puis verte lorsque la

REMPLACEMENT DE LA BATTERIE RECHARGEABLE AU
LITHIUM-ION
y Desserrez le bouchon central à l’arrière de la lampe à l’aide d’un

ou les fonctions de sécurité de la lampe.
UTILISATION
L’interrupteur de gauche contrôle la lampe de poche ; l’interrupteur de droite
contrôle le projecteur.
Allumage constant : appuyez sur l’interrupteur en direction avant pour une
luminosité élevée. Appuyez à nouveau pour éteindre.
Sélectionner le niveau de luminosité : appuyez et maintenez l’interrupteur
enfoncé pour faire déler les niveaux de luminosité élevé-moyen-bas-moyen-
élevé. Relâchez l’interrupteur pendant la courte pause après que vous ayez
atteint le niveau de luminosité souhaité.
Lumières arrières : appuyez sur l’interrupteur en direction arrière pour
allumer les lumières arrières vertes. Appuyez et maintenez l’interrupteur
enfoncé en direction l’arrière pour allumer les lumières de position arrières.
Appuyez à nouveau pour les éteindre.
Balise de projecteur : appuyez sur l’interrupteur droit vers l’arrière pour
allumer la balise. Appuyez à nouveau pour l’éteindre.
Double éclairage : réglez la lampe de poche et le projecteur sur la luminosité
souhaitée. Appuyez et relâchez les deux interrupteurs pour éteindre.

CARGANDO

CARREGAR

RICARICA
INGRESSO DEL CARICABATTERIE: 12 VDC Max
Se la batteria è nuova o non è stata utilizzata per diversi mesi oppure
quando il fascio luminoso si attenua, ricaricare completamente la XPR-5580
prima del primo utilizzo. La ricarica impiega circa 4-6 ore.

LADEN
EINGANG LADEGERÄT: Max. 12 VDC
Der Akku des XPR-5580 muss vor dem ersten Gebrauch, wenn er neu ist

AUSTAUSCH DES LITHIUM-IONEN-AKKU

OPLADEN
INGANGSSPANNING: 12 VDC Max
Laad de XPR-5580 volledig op vóór het eerste gebruik, als de batterij nieuw
is of enkele maanden niet is gebruikt, of wanneer de lichtbundel zwakker
wordt. De oplaadtijd is ongeveer 4 tot 6 uur.
y Sluit de netspanningsadapter aan op de oplader (led is uit).
y Plaats de 5580 in de oplader totdat deze vastklikt.

VERVANGEN VAN OPLAADBARE LITHIUM-ION BATTERIJ
y Draai de middelste afsluiter aan de achterkant van de lamp los met een

WERKING
De linkerschakelaar bedient de zaklamp; de rechterschakelaar bedient de
schijnwerper.
Constant aan: Druk de schakelaar naar voren voor meer helderheid. Druk
nogmaals om uit te schakelen.
Helderheidsniveau selecteren: Houd ingedrukt om de helderheidsniveaus
H-M-L-M-H te doorlopen. Laat de schakelaar los tijdens de korte pauze nadat
het gewenste niveau is bereikt.
Achterlichten: Druk de linkerschakelaar naar achteren om de groene
achterlichten in te schakelen. Houd de schakelaar naar achteren ingedrukt
