Read all safety precautions and installation instructions carefully before installing or servicing this xture. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in potentially fatal

Assembly Instructions
Step 1 Preparing for installation–
A. at fuse or circuit breaker box before Disconnect electrical power
installing or servicing any part of this xture.
B. Carefully remove the xture from the carton, remove components from
hardware kit.
C. If using the cover plate (2), attach it to the mounting bracket by tightening
two screws (1) to secure it. Note: cover plate ( ) is designed to 4.5”x5.5”
cover 4x4 junction box (not included)
D. Install the mounting bracket (3) to the junction box (not included by using )
two screws (4) to secure it.
Wiring All wiring must take place inside junction box (not –
included)
Caution: Make sure power is o at fuse or circuit breaker box. Check
power wires for damage or scrapes. If power supply wires are within three
inches of the LED driver, use wire suitable for at least 90°C (194°F).
Note: Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated to 60°C.
Consult a qualied electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor
before installing.
Step Wiring xture 2 –
A. Make all wire connections to appropriate wire. Secure with wire nuts
(provided).
B. Connect the green wire from the xture to the supply power source ground wire.
C. Connect the black wire from the xture to the black (L) wire from For none dimming.
supply power source. Connect the white wire from the xture to the white (N) wire
from supply power source.
D. Connect the white wire from the xture lead to white (N) wire For TRIAC dimming.

xture lead to black (L) wire from dimming source per dimmer wiring instructions.
E. Pull on each wire lead to make sure connections are secure. Do not mix wires.
Make certain no bare wires are exposed outside of wire connectors. Tuck all
connections neatly into the junction box.
Step 3 Mounting –
A. Align the holes on the side of the xture (5) with the mounting bracket (3) then using
two screws (6) to secure it.
Step 4 Restore power at fuse or circuit breaker box –
